Thank you for visiting PaperFrank's Candy Shop. We are committed to providing the best experience to each and every supporter. Below, you will find a basic overview of our policies.


Shipping:

We work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. Due to the high order volume shortly after a product release, paired with the fact that we are a small company with just one or two people handling all of these orders, WE MAY TAKE UP TO ONE MONTH TO SHIP ORDERS. Occasionally, there are extreme cases where shipping may even take longer than one month, and if that's the case you will be notified. If you have not received your order in one month, send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly wanted because of a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, as we do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s). 


Packaging:

It is of utmost importance to us that your order arrives to you in the same quality that it leaves us. We use high quality shipping materials and carefully pack each order by hand. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages with product packaging. Due to our high order volume, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill custom packaging and shipping requests. If you have a custom shipping need, please contact us via the contact form BEFORE placing an order.


Returns:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Custom Orders:

Please contact us via the contact form for any custom order requests, or to inquire about purchasing existing original artworks.

Outstanding Necklace Orders:

We both apologize and thank you for your lengthy patience in your orders for the skull flower necklaces. We have spoken with our manufacturer and have been told that they will be ready in march. Any updates to this release will be added to the site. Again we thank you for your patience and for being devoted to the works that is PaperFrank. 
